Brief

Our client, Hannover Fairs, instructed us to cover the whole event with the specific purpose of producing highlight videos during the event and at the post-show wrap-up.

Results

We are proud to have provided videography services for this show for the past three years. Spotlight Productions worked with CeBIT to produce two videos for two different audiences: first, a highlights video encouraging people to attend next year, and second, an exhibitor video encouraging people to hold a stand the next year. We also produced a short opening video and a short highlights videos with footage taken during the event and at the ends of days one and two. These were circulated in the show newsletter, where they helped spread awareness of the show and attract future visitors.

There is often nothing more powerful than genuine testimonials, and these formed the basis of each video.

Integrate highlights

Brief

Our client, Diversified Communications, instructed us to produce a video for promotional purposes, to capture the entire event to drive attendance at next year’s show.

Results

Spotlight Productions aimed to highlight the latest in technology and LED signage, and to showcase the renowned brands in attendance, including Samsung, Sony and Harvey Norman. We interviewed attendees and exhibitors who provided positive feedback at the event, and we used upbeat, short clips to capture and express the essence of the trade show. The video was used as a highlight reel to market to potential exhibitors the next year.
