Programmed Culture & Diversity Partnership

When you’re talking about culture and diversity, it’s easy for it to sound like a poster on the wall.

This video for Programmed brings it back to real people, in a real working environment. Filmed on-site at a Melbourne Water facility, it captures what the partnership actually looks like day to day. Not just what’s written in a policy, but how it plays out on the ground.

We spoke with staff across different roles, getting a mix of perspectives on what it’s like to work within that environment. Then we paired that with input from the client. That’s the key part. Anyone can talk about their own business, but when the customer backs it up, it carries more weight. It feels more honest. More believable.

From a marketing or internal comms point of view, this kind of video does two jobs. Internally, it reinforces culture and gives teams something they can relate to. Externally, it acts as a proof point. A way to show future clients or partners how things actually work in practice.

Shot in a single day on location, working within an active site and real schedules. Conversations were kept natural and unscripted, which helps people relax and speak properly. You get better answers that way.

Simple setup. Clear focus. Real voices.

That’s what makes it land.
