This case study with AR Radiators was filmed for Pronto Software, focusing on how their point of sale system supports a busy, transaction-heavy manufacturing business. The aim was simple. Show how the software works in the real world, through the people using it every day.
One of the strengths of this project was access. We were able to get right into the manufacturing process, capturing how these radiators are built from start to finish. That visual side matters. It gives context. It shows scale. And it helps the viewer understand the environment the software is operating in.
Alongside that, we worked closely with key people in the business to shape the story. Helping them feel comfortable on camera, guiding the conversation, and making sure we pulled out the points that actually matter to prospective customers. Not scripted. Just structured enough to keep things clear.
From a marketing perspective, this kind of video becomes a strong sales tool. It gives proof. It shows a real business, solving real problems, with a product in place. And it does it in a way that feels natural, not forced.
Filming was handled in a way that kept disruption to a minimum. Working around operations, fitting into the day rather than taking it over.
Because at the end of it, the goal is simple.
