Programmed Customer Success Video

Projects like this come down to trust. Planning, safety, and delivering on what’s been promised.

This customer success video for Programmed was filmed on-site at a Melbourne Water treatment facility, focusing on a major transition project. The aim was to show how the work was delivered, through the people involved and the environment they operate in.

We worked closely with the team to plan the shoot properly. Access, safety requirements, and scheduling all needed to be considered upfront. Once on site, the focus was on keeping things efficient and professional, working within the constraints of an active facility.

Interviews were guided to bring out the key points. What was delivered, how it was managed, and what it meant for the client. Keeping it clear and grounded, so it speaks directly to others in similar roles.

Alongside that, the visual side does a lot of the heavy lifting. Large-scale infrastructure, machinery, and the environment itself. This is where B-roll really matters. It gives context to what’s being said and helps the viewer understand the scale and complexity of the work.

For marketing and internal teams, this kind of video becomes a strong reference point. It shows capability, reinforces credibility, and gives future clients something concrete to relate to.

Because at the end of the day, people want to see it.

Not just hear about it.
