Transurban Key Account Testimonial

Not every customer success video starts with a full shoot.

In this case, Transurban already had a mix of video and graphic assets. The job was to bring it all together into something clear, engaging, and usable for their key account messaging.

This was a studio-based edit, focused on shaping the story through structure, pacing, and visual clarity. We combined existing footage with voiceover, background music, and motion graphics to guide the viewer through the content. Making sure the key points landed without overcomplicating it.

From a marketing point of view, this approach is practical. You don’t always have the time or budget to organise a full production. But you still need content that looks considered and communicates properly. Working with existing assets, when done well, can get you there.

The main focus here was flow. How the story builds, how information is revealed, and how visuals support what’s being said. Motion graphics play a big role in that. Helping highlight key messages and keep the viewer engaged throughout.

It’s a different kind of project. Less about being on-site, more about shaping what already exists into something that works.

And when it’s done right, it still delivers the same outcome.

Clear, credible, and easy to use across marketing and sales.
