Emarsys Customer Engagement Event Highlight

Events like this are packed. Keynotes, panels, networking, side conversations… it’s constant. And if you don’t stay on top of it, you miss the moments that actually matter.

This highlight video for Emarsys was filmed across a two-day customer event, focused on capturing both the atmosphere and the real feedback from attendees.

Alongside the general coverage, a big part of the job was filming short testimonials. Speaking with attendees, partners, and clients throughout the day. That’s where the real value sits.

From a marketing perspective, this gives you more than just a recap. You get proof points and genuine reactions that can be used well beyond the event.

There’s always a balance. You plan where you can, but you also need to stay flexible.

And getting people comfortable on camera, in a busy environment, is half the job.
