Where is the event taking place?

Events within 100 kilometres of Melbourne CBD are included in the rates below. If your event is interstate, your estimate will still show, but travel and accommodation costs will be quoted separately.

Travel and accommodation for interstate events will be quoted separately and added to your final investment.

How many days is the event?

We can cover single or multi-day events including trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and keynote presentations.

Step 3

What coverage do you need each day?

A full day is up to 8 hours on-site. A half day is up to 4 hours on-site. If you need a mix of full and half days, get in touch and we'll tailor a quote for you.

Do you need a highlight sizzle reel?

A 60 to 90 second highlight reel captures the energy and key moments of your event, ideal for post-event marketing, social media, and sponsor reporting.

Step 5

How many social media edits do you need?

15-second cuts ready for Instagram and LinkedIn. Each delivers a different highlight from your event, driving engagement and extending your event's reach online.

Step 6

Do you need additional cameras?

Additional cameras are ideal for larger events with multiple stages, breakout rooms, or panel sessions running simultaneously.

Step 7

Do you need photo coverage?

Professional photo coverage runs alongside video, giving you a full library of event images for press, social media, and future marketing. Includes 100 finished photographs. $2,500 per day.

Step 8

Do you need drone footage?

Aerial drone footage is available for outdoor events and external venue shots, adding a cinematic production value to your coverage. $2,500 per day.

Step 9

Do you need on-site editing?

An on-site editor works alongside the camera crew during the event, cutting content in real time for immediate use on screens, social media, or sponsor activations.
